CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A 60% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. PRICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. GOODS WILL BE READY TO SHIP WITHIN THE LEAD TIME SPECIFIED. LEAD TIMES BEGIN WITH RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND ORDER DETAILS. GOODS WILL SHIP WHEN THE INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL.

RETURNS

DUE TO THE HAND-MADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER RETURNS.

WARRANTY

24 months - what’s covered:

failure of craftswomanship - All products are quality checked before sending. Notification must be sent 48 hours of receiving the product.

miscommunication with order - If the error is on Studio Lloyd’s side, we will correct the order. If the client has made a mistake with an order, the correction to order will become an addition. Written email correspondence will be used to follow up the error.

quality of craftswomanship/finishing - majority of our products are handmade which can sometimes result in varied results. This is the essence of handmade product. Major imperfections should not be present and are covered under the warranty. Broken or damaged during transit - Only when being transported by Studio Lloyd’s courier. Notification must be sent 48 hours of receiving the product.

24 months - what’s not covered:

failure to perform due to improper installation or use by customer / incorrect wattage with light sculptures - ottomans: if indoor ottomans are used for outdoor purposes - sun damage can occur. We have a specific range for outdoor use. Broken or damaged during transit (all international orders) - Orders being transported by clients international couriers. The cleanliness and upkeep of the product - Any food or drink spillage or heat damage cause by customer to the ottomans are not under warranty.

KEY POINTS REGARDING RETURNS/REFUNDS:

claim procedure: please send an email notification to: DESIGN@STUDIOLLOYD.COM within 24 hours of discovering the fault. Please also include a copy of invoice, accompanied by a detailed description of the fault as well as photographs of the problematic product.

original packaging/condition: only items in original packaging and original condition will be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or credit. When deviating from this policy, additional handling fees, in line occur.

delivery & collection costs: delivery and collection costs are for the customer’s account.
